About me

I’m a UX Designer with 6 years of professional experience spanning UX research, information architecture, wireframing, usability testing, and client-facing design delivery. My background includes product-adjacent experience across operations, quality assurance, and process optimization, which helps me approach design problems with both a creative mindset and a strong understanding of real-world workflows.

Before formally transitioning into UX design, I spent several years working in roles where improving processes, solving user challenges, and enabling collaboration were central to my work. I later realized that these experiences were deeply rooted in user-centered thinking, which naturally led me to pursue UX design as a career.

Today, I focus on translating complex business and operational workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences through research, iterative design, and cross-functional collaboration. I have also led teams of 35–40 members and trained more than 75 professionals, experiences that strengthened my ability to communicate ideas, mentor others, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

I enjoy combining empathy, analytical thinking, and creative problem solving to design meaningful digital experiences. I continuously explore new tools, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to improve design quality and efficiency while contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.
